Our Qualifications

Philip Serio been working with individuals and businesses in the area since 1996.  SERIO Financial Services brings a different business history to the financial table.  Phil Serio has been a small business owner since 1974 as well as an elected official for the City of Shreveport.  He has a  hands-on understanding of the innerworkings of family businesses as well as the intracacies of municipal government.  As a father with two daughters and four grandchildren he has a practical understanding of the issues of family budgets, education funding, savings and investments.  

 We are dedicated to developing lasting relationships with all of our clients. We believe in helping you assess your financial goals and participate in the direction of your family finances.  He is licensed to sell mutual funds, annuities and life insurance.
